You will drive executive compensation governance, incentive programs, and equity, partnering with People & Culture, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and AI Transformation. The role requires 10+ years of Total Rewards leadership, strong collaboration, and a track record of operating with operational excellence in a global setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards in a complex organization.
• Broad Total Rewards expertise with transformation and operational excellence.
• Strong people leadership and change management experience.
• Experience leveraging technology, automation, analytics, or AI in business outcomes.
• Executive presence with collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Total Rewards function and provide strategic leadership across Compensation and Benefits.
• Develop and evolve an integrated Total Rewards strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Partner with Talent Experience & Development to weave Total Rewards into the employee lifecycle.
• Build trusted partnerships across People & Culture, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and AI & Transformation.
• Build a modernization roadmap for Total Rewards operations with technology and AI.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Total Rewards team; coach and build future leaders.
• Oversee annual compensation planning, benchmarking, salary structures, and incentives.
