Job summary

Thornton Tomasetti is seeking a strategic Total Rewards Manager to design and govern compensation, benefits, and leave programs across regions. Reporting to the Director of HR Operations & Technology, this role owns end-to-end strategy, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations for benefits programs in multiple countries while also overseeing compensation and leave administration globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience administering benefits across multiple countries (US, Canada, UK, APAC).
• Demonstrated experience running RFPs and leading vendor selection and negotiation.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage global benefits strategy.
• Lead vendor selection, renewals, and RFP processes globally.
• Oversee global compensation framework and market pricing.
• Lead global leave administration strategy and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with laws; governance of vendor contracts.
• Partner on HR technology and analytics (Workday dashboards).
