HDR is seeking a Tolling Market Lead to partner with local area teams to cultivate and manage client relationships with toll agencies globally, driving growth in HDR’s tolling services within the transportation business group.

The successful candidate will lead strategy development, oversee marketing programs for the tolling practice, and collaborate across regions to identify opportunities and deliver impactful projects for HDR clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, planning or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of industry experience.
• Experience developing and managing strategic marketing programs for architecture, engineering, and/or planning services.
• Experience managing a wide range of client relationships and pursuing programs and projects.
• Experience with staff development, recruiting, and career progression.
• Active involvement with industry associations and maintaining market visibility.
• Ability to collaborate across regions with directors, managers and leaders.
• Demonstrated commitment to HDR values and employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Partner with local area teams to cultivate and manage client relationships with toll agencies globally.
