Job summary

HDR seeks a Tolling Market Lead to partner with local area teams and cultivate client relationships with toll agencies globally. You will champion the identification and development of toll facility projects and programs across HDR’s transportation group, enhancing HDR’s tolling services and market position.

Responsibilities include developing market insights, pursuing opportunities, and leading industry engagement with IBTTA and other industry bodies to shape the tolling practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of 10 years in the tolling/roads market.
• Experience developing and managing strategic marketing programs.
• Established relationships with toll clients and DOTs.
• Ability to lead and mentor staff across regions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with local area teams to cultivate toll agency relationships.
• Develop and pursue toll facility projects and programs.
• Grow HDR tolling services across HDR's Transportation Business Group.
• Research market trends and share opportunities with leadership.
• Lead and participate in industry associations such as IBTTA.
