Job summary

IMAX in Los Angeles seeks a Features Title Manager to coordinate domestic and international dubbed and subtitled versions for IMAX films worldwide. You’ll work with studios, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate versioning, milestones, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include tracking assets, managing timelines, and performing QC checks on DCPs to meet IMAX quality standards, with a focus on strong organization and communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in theatrical distribution, logistics, post-production, or related field.
• Entertainment industry distribution and/or post-production experience preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients, vendors, and teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international dubbed and subtitled versions for IMAX releases worldwide.
• Gather and communicate versioning requirements, materials, and delivery information.
• Maintain inventories and tracking of data and assets for production and versioning.
• Set priorities for versions and communicate timelines to teams.
• Track and process versioning costs and billing for each title.
• Work with clients to address questions and manage expectations.
• Perform quality checks of Digital Cinema Packages (DCPs) for IMAX quality.
• Coordinate scripts, checkers, and QC screenings resources.
• Schedule internal and external QC checks for clients and IMAX teams.
• Process orders and coordinate delivery of DCP shipments and KDMs.
• Support theatres by ensuring accurate DCPs and KDMs delivery.
• Collaborate with Post Production and Operations to improve workflows.
