Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Time Hub within the TimeHub group of Amazonian Experience and Technology (AET). You will manage and shape the TimeHub roadmap across NA, EU, and ROW, focusing on AI-driven Time solutions and accurate pay calculations for 2M Amazonians.

The role requires 5+ years in product or program management, owning roadmaps, and delivering end-to-end products. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with senior leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end to end product delivery.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience as a product manager or owner.
• Experience owning technology products.

Responsibilities

• Managing TimeHub roadmap across geographies - NA, EU, ROW.
• Create AI first 1P Time solution for 2M Amazonians.
• Responsible for key product areas such as pay calculation.
