Job summary

Amazon seeks a Senior Product/Program Manager to lead TimeHub initiatives for time, attendance, and pay computation serving over 2 million Amazon hourly associates. You will drive cross‑regional roadmaps and own critical features in a secure, global software platform within People Tech.

You will influence senior leadership with data‑driven insights, partner with cross-functional teams, and own end-to-end delivery from planning to release, ensuring a strong employee experience and scalable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end to end product delivery.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience as a product manager or owner.
• Experience owning technology products.

TimeHub team's charter is to build a world-class product which meets time, attendance and pay computation needs for over 2 Million hourly associates across Amazon businesses. People Technology is the central hub for all Amazon people data. Our product and technology provides the foundation for a multitude of key human resource processes, from on-boarding of tens of thousands of temporary employees during peak holiday season, capturing tiem related events across an associate's day to day activities, to integrating critical employee data to internal and external systems. We implement and build highly secure, global software that allows Amazon to effectively manage the workforce, resulting in a better employee experience and a better bottom line.

Basic Qualifications

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
