Job summary

Arthrex is seeking a Terminology and Translation Analyst I (REMOTE) to help manage the terminology process across the company. You will collaborate with content authors and SMEs to establish and govern a controlled vocabulary, ensuring terms are accessible in multiple languages.

The role involves proposing terms, mining and uploading to term databases, exporting glossaries, and training stakeholders. It also covers terminology metrics, proofreading support, vendor relations, and occasional

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Terminology, Translation, or Languages required.
• 1 year experience in terminology or translation preferred.
• Medical device industry experience preferred.
• Experience with CAT tools and terminology management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage terminology proposals and approve/reject terms.
• Mine and upload terms to term databases; create glossaries.
• Export terminology to glossaries and bilingual dictionaries.
• Document terminology process, provide training to stakeholders.
• Collect, monitor and report terminology metrics; assist proofreading.
• Manage and nurture vendor relationships.
• Occasional travel may be required.
