Job summary

Brunel Energy is recruiting a Technical Trainer in Williston, North Dakota, to develop and deliver technical training programs for oil and gas operations under a 12-month contract. Qualifications

• Knowledge of SSHE management in operations and maintenance.
• Experience with operations and critical asset technology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of global training systems and LMS.
• Familiarity with HR technology and learning program management.
• Ability to work with SMEs, governance bodies and stakeholders.
• Experience in Oil & Gas training within the specified craft or functional area.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership with line management and governance bodies to apply Operations Training system requirements.
• Help establish, certify, and track compliance with Business Line training and skills development.
• Coordinate with Training Supervisor to ensure site training plans meet expectations and best practices.
• Work with SMEs to define final training product requirements and ensure global training objectives are met.
• Develop technical training programs and support skills and competency development.
• Support instructional system design and LMS processes (e.g., ISD, GMT).
• Support optimization and reporting for LMS, metrics, and issue resolution.
• Develop global curriculum and training plans for assigned areas.
• Influence and collaborate effectively without direct authority.
