You will establish hiring standards, drive capacity planning across regions, and partner with senior leaders to ensure quality and speed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Talent through hypergrowth and delivering hundreds to thousands of hires annually.
• Ability to forecast hiring needs and recruit capacity across regions and time zones.
• Ability to set hiring standards and partner with senior leaders.
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Turn product roadmaps into a global hiring plan and capacity forecasts.
• Build and lead a cohesive global recruiting organization with shared practices.
• Define hiring bars and rigorous assessment for technical roles.
