Hamilton Medical seeks a seasoned Technical Support leader to drive project groups and expert teams across the organization, with a focus on the CIS region and regulatory compliance.

The role coordinates field actions, upgrades, and training for partner engineers, with international travel up to 30%. Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product Care and Regional Management will ensure high-quality support of our ventilation solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Technical Support or Technical Service in the medical technology industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Proven expertise in electronics, electromechanics or biomedical engineering with field service.
• Fluent in English and Russian; travel up to 30%.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop Technical Support project groups and expert teams.
• Oversee Technical Support activities in the CIS region, including Russia.
• Monitor timely execution of technical projects and field actions (upgrades, FSCAs).
• Support and develop global partner engineers and ensure effective use of tools and processes.
• Ensure partner engineers are trained and certified in accordance with policies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Care and Regional Management for cross-functional projects.
