Job summary

FlackTek Manufacturing Inc seeks a Technical Service Manager to lead and grow the Technical Service Department at our Louisville, CO site. You will oversee remote support, field service, PMs, repairs, and Assurance Plans while coaching a team to deliver fast, precise, and brand-aligned customer interactions.

You will drive KPIs for response times, first contact, and satisfaction, coordinating with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to improve reliability and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, technical certification, military technical training, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in technical service or related fields with people leadership.
• Experience leading on-site, remote, and traveling team members in manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing customer-facing operations, priorities, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Technical Service team to deliver legendary customer support and effective troubleshooting.
• Forecast service demand and manage staffing, technician capacity, utilization, and scheduling.
• Own customer responsiveness and communication standards across phone, email, Slack, and other channels.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, field service, and service documentation across teams and sites.
• Develop and maintain service procedures, troubleshooting guides, and training materials.
