Job summary

Fortanix is seeking an Associate Technical Recruiter to join the global Talent Acquisition team. You will collaborate with senior recruiters to identify and engage top technical talent across the world, supporting candidates through interviews and helping keep hiring processes efficient.

This is a great entry path for those early in their recruiting career who enjoy sourcing and want to grow into a standalone Technical Recruiter role, across software engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, and AI

Qualifications

2+ years recruiting or sourcing experience.
Hands-on experience proactively sourcing candidates.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, or other sourcing tools.
Strong written and spoken English.
Curiosity about technology and ability to learn unfamiliar concepts.
Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
Proactive approach and independence over time.

Responsibilities

Source and engage technical candidates across global markets.
Build candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray search, GitHub, AI tools, referrals.
Partner with senior recruiters to understand hiring profiles and develop sourcing strategies.
Review resumes and profiles to assess candidate fit and conduct initial screens.
Move candidates through the interview process: scheduling, communication, coordination.
Keep ATS data accurate and up to date.
Learn technical requirements and adjust searches accordingly.
Create a responsive, professional candidate experience from outreach to hiring.
