Fortanix in Santa Clara, CA is seeking an Associate Technical Recruiter to join our global Talent Acquisition team. You will partner with senior recruiters in the US and India to identify and engage technical talent worldwide, support candidates through interviews, and keep hiring processes moving efficiently.

This entry‑level role offers hands‑on experience recruiting for software engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, and AI roles.

Qualifications

2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably in tech or engineering.
Curiosity about technology and quick learning of unfamiliar technical concepts.
Strong written and spoken English across multiple countries and time zones.

Responsibilities

Source and engage technical candidates globally across markets.
Screen candidates and coordinate scheduling for interviews.
Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies.
Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and communicate with candidates.
Learn technical requirements of roles and adapt searches based on feedback from recruiters and hiring managers.
