Job summary

Pointr is hiring a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to drive successful client deployments of our Indoor Mapping platform. You will lead planning, execution, and delivery across multiple concurrent projects, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.

You will collaborate across hardware and software domains, manage expectations, and travel 10–15% to support installations and on-site needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management or technical consultancy experience in a hardware or software company.
• Experience leading customer-facing projects through delivery and ongoing support.
• A self-starter with working knowledge of Agile software development processes.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to build relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Process-oriented with strong attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own requirements gathering, project planning, implementation, and deployment support for global clients and partners.
• Support existing customers through upgrades, expansions, and additional product integrations.
• Work directly with clients and technical teams to identify and resolve mapping and wayfinding issues.
• Help commercial and technical stakeholders understand Pointr's solutions and deployment process.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and deployment managers to integrate Pointr's technology with client applications.
• Investigate and troubleshoot hardware and software issues alongside Pointr's delivery teams.
• Lead client status meetings and manage scope, timelines, and priorities across multiple concurrent deployments.
• Become an expert in Pointr's product suite, helping clients get the most from our technology and bringing their feedback back to the product team.
• Communicate proactively and clearly, keeping clients informed throughout the delivery process.
