Job summary

LeapAnalysis is seeking a Technical Project/Product Manager to join our North America team. You will bridge customer engagements with product development, oversee multi-project delivery, and help decompose high-level requirements into actionable plans in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage releases with engineering and product management, report progress to executives and customers, and help shape a cutting-edge data analytics platform across

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, business administration or related field.
5 years professional experience with product development teams.
Experience with product design and implementation backlogs using JIRA/Confluence.
Process oriented with ability to manage multi-functional team workflows.
Ability to manage scope/budget/quality and stakeholder expectations.
Leadership to generate options, resolve problems, prioritize solutions and implement decisions.
Experience building data-driven products with MVPs and cross-disciplinary teams.
Ability to identify risks to timelines and propose mitigations.
Excellent communication with diverse customers and teams.
Ability to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

Bridge between customer engagements and product development priorities to ensure reliable delivery of value.
Execute and deliver features from the product roadmap.
Foster continuous improvement across geographically dispersed teams.
Decompose high-level requirements into actionable implementation plans.
Manage multi-project release planning with engineering and product management.
Develop status/reporting structures aligned with agile principles and business outcomes.
Provide executive and customer status reports on a cadence.
Counsel and supervise development team performance and results.
