Job summary

Creative Chaos seeks a Lead Forward-Deployed Product Manager to drive delivery on the ground. You will lead a pod of two engineers with senior consulting partners, own stakeholder alignment, define metric definitions and data roll-ups, and manage the technical backlog.

You will drive product adoption by embedding platform outputs in the client’s executive reviews, and serve as the feedback loop between on-site requirements and the central product/engineering roadmap for the enterprise data

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, or leading forward-deployed teams.
• Proven track record of shipping data products built on enterprise architectures (data warehouses, ERP, CRM, BI).
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Strong focus on stakeholder management for complex enterprise software deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a forward-deployed pod with two engineers and senior consulting partners.
• Define metric definitions and data roll-ups, manage the technical backlog, and drive product adoption in executive reviews.
• Translate high-level business goals into precise source-system queries, data tables, and feeds during discovery.
• Write detailed technical requirements, manage and prioritize the backlog, and run Agile sprints for the pod.
• Own day-to-day client relationship management and executive stakeholder alignment with the consulting team.
• Act as the feedback loop between on-site client needs and the central product/engineering roadmap.
