You will design and deliver impactful programs for a global workforce, blending technical expertise with facilitation and adult learning principles. Minimum qualifications include 5+ years in technical sales or sales engineering, 2+ years in training, and 3+ years across enterprise tech domains,

Qualifications

5+ years in technical sales or sales engineering.
Minimum 2 years in technical training or facilitation.
3+ years with enterprise technology solutions incl. automation/DevOps.
Current technical certifications in relevant technology areas.
3+ years hands-on implementation and troubleshooting.
3+ years in networking, SDN, data center, cloud, security, or DevOps domains.
Experience as SE or trained SE, ideally with Cisco or competitors.

Responsibilities

Deliver impactful training programs across networking, data center, collaboration, security and observability.
Combine technical expertise with facilitation skills to accelerate professional development.
Partner with the Learning & Development team to support Cisco's sales force globally.
