Job summary

The Brobston Group seeks a Technical Designer to create and maintain PLM tech packs that communicate garment measurements, fit, construction, and design intent to suppliers and factories. You will partner with cross-functional and global teams to support seasonal product execution, quality, and production readiness.

Qualifications

• Degree or certification in apparel manufacturing, design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and apparel manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; working knowledge of Gerber, PLM, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Knowledge of Browzwear or other 3D applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and review accurate tech packs in PLM through production approval.
• Document measurements, construction details, fit requirements, sketches, imagery, and product data.
• Partner with Design, Product Management, Pattern Making, global technical design teams, and suppliers.
• Support fit sessions, sample reviews, milestone meetings, and calendar deliverables.
• Manage workload and contribute to departmental tools, processes, and special projects.
