Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Lead Auditor and Technical Product Trainer to deliver hands-on and classroom training on Flow Control & Safety Solutions products to channel partners, employees, and customers around the world.

The role also requires conducting channel partner and customer audits, developing training materials, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives with Engineering and Product Line teams. Travel up to 75% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a college or university.
• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years in repair or installation of Flow Control & Safety Solutions products.
• 5+ years of experience with Consolidated, Masoneilan, Becker or Mooney products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical hands-on and classroom training for channel partners, Baker Hughes employees, and customers.
• Assist in improving training standards with Global Training team and collaborate with Engineering and Product Line SMEs.
• Create and maintain training materials and documentation.
• Evaluate training feedback to improve offerings.
• Ensure adherence to EHS and integrity policies.
