Baker Hughes in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a Senior Fluid Separation Scientist to lead global fluids separation applications, delivering technical leadership and strategic recommendations for customers worldwide.

You will travel up to 80% to field sites, develop and test new products, provide technical support, analyze data, and collaborate with global teams to drive growth while ensuring HSE compliance.

Qualifications

• BS degree in a Scientific Discipline or Chemical Engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Travel to field sites for Emulsion Breaker and Water Clarifier testing; implement recommendations.
• Interface with customers alongside team leader.
• Provide technical product support and service.
• Analyze data and present results to various groups.
• Develop and test new products.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
• Travel globally up to 80% (onshore/offshore).
• Maintain HSE culture and SOP compliance.
• Collaborate with regional Service Delivery teams on projects.
• Support tender preparation and commercial proposals.
