Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with technical accounting and financial reporting.
• CPA preferred and GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with ERP general ledger systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs technical accounting research and documents conclusions in memos.
• Assists in internal and external financial reporting in GAAP.
• Coordinates with external auditors and prepares required documentation.
• Develops internal controls to ensure SOX 404 compliance.
• Leads monthly and quarterly close processes.
• Assists with accounting for business combinations and valuations.
• Participates in special projects to address financial and operational issues.
