Dematic is seeking a Senior Technical Training Specialist/Electrical & Controls Trainer in Grand Rapids, MI to develop and deliver high-quality training for internal and external stakeholders. You will cover operations, maintenance, and customer solutions, integrating Dematic's custom solutions with material handling systems.

You will work as a subject matter expert, create student guides, adapt curricula for traditional and digital delivery, and take on increasing responsibilities as knowledge

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years delivering training for customized products and systems.
• Strong PLC programming familiarity (AB and Siemens preferred).
• Ability to read industrial mechanical and controls drawings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver training programs covering operations, maintenance, controls, and equipment.
• Explain how Dematic solutions integrate into material handling systems.
• Adapt curriculum to changing equipment and deliver both in-person and digital formats.
• Develop student guides and training materials for traditional and digital delivery.
• Grow responsibilities as company and equipment knowledge expands.
