Job summary

Cleary Gottlieb is seeking a Global Manager of Technology Training & Enablement to lead the Firm's technology training strategy from New York, partnering with IT, Learning & Development, and Practice Innovation to modernize how lawyers and staff are trained on AI-enabled platforms and digital workflows.

The role requires in-office leadership with hybrid collaboration across the global offices, reporting to the Director of the Project Management Office.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading technology training, learning design, or technology adoption programs in a large professional services environment.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills in a matrixed organisation.
• Experience with emerging technologies including generative AI and workflow automation.
• Proven ability to create modern digital learning content and manage content across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global IT training function and develop a Firmwide technology enablement strategy.
• Set vision/roadmap for enablement aligned with strategic priorities; report on outcomes and adoption metrics.
• Collaborate with L&D to integrate technology training into the overall learning program.
• Manage and develop the global IT training team, including coaching and performance management.
• Advise on change management strategies for technology deployments and user communications.
