JPMorganChase in New York seeks a Vice President to lead the Global Technology Strategy team, guiding strategy for AI, cloud, data, and innovation across the firm. You will partner with GT senior leaders, drive initiatives, and translate complex technology challenges into executive-ready narratives for delivery teams.

You will mentor staff, build scalable roadmaps, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements while advancing technology strategy across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of business and technology strategy experience.
• Strong relationship and interpersonal skills with executives.
• Strong fluency across core technical concepts and enterprise operating models.
• Able to distill conflicting feedback into root-cause issues and actionable recommendations.
• Excellent technical and business presentation, writing, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage initiatives/projects to resolve diverse problems for senior technology leaders at the bank.
• Align competing priorities into a coherent strategy and advise on industry trends.
• Own end-to-end solution delivery from hypothesis to recommendations.
• Translate complex technical challenges into executive-ready narratives for stakeholders.
• Define AI integration strategy within regulated enterprise platforms and governance.
• Build and socialize frameworks, operating models, and roadmaps at scale.
• Mentor team members on professional development and communications.
