Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Analyst to join the Global Technology Strategy team in New York. You will tackle high-impact technology problems, framing questions, analyzing trends, and delivering executive-ready recommendations across technology and business domains.

You will collaborate with GT leadership and other stakeholders to align technology strategy with firm-wide goals, with a strong focus on AI, risk, and governance within a regulated financial environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of strategy/problem-solving experience across technology sectors, e.g., top management consulting or generalist environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively across subject areas and levels of the organization.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with diverse teams and senior executives.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support projects to resolve complex, cross-cutting, executive-level problems faced by the GT organization.
• Structure ambiguous problems into clear questions and hypotheses.
• Analyze market, competitive, and technology trends to inform strategic positioning.
• Provide recommendations to align technology with business goals and risk tolerance.
• Partner with tech and business stakeholders to ensure recommendations are grounded and feasible.
• Translate analysis into clear, persuasive narratives for executive audiences.
• Build executive-grade deliverables that resonate with technical and non-technical leaders.
• Support evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies, including AI/agentic systems, with governance and risk considerations.
