Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is a global financial services leader driving technology transformation across its Global Technology organization. The Senior Associate/ Vice President, Global Technology COO Office, will shape and execute critical initiatives such as cloud adoption and third-party software prioritization.

The role requires strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and strong executive communication to deliver high-impact programs while working with senior leaders across the firm.

Qualifications

• Significant consulting experience from top-tier firms or internal strategy teams.
• 5+ years of experience on large-scale technology transformations in global orgs.
• Strong client management and executive communication skills.
• Proven ability to structure complex problems using analytical tools and qualitative methods.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day planning, execution, and delivery of Global Technology’s strategic initiatives.
• Shape transformation agenda in partnership with senior executives and business leaders.
• Demonstrate management and team-building skills in fast-paced environments.
• Structure complex problems, develop hypotheses, and identify business implications.
• Identify opportunities to increase business value and maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Communicate clearly to executive audiences and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
• Negotiate and resolve conflicts to achieve project goals and maintain relationships.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate transformation risks and track KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional groups and manage multiple priorities.
