Job summary

Penguin Random House is seeking a Global Technology Program Manager to shaping and supporting its Global Technology organization. The role reports to the Senior Director, Global Strategy, and focuses on interdisciplinary projects across regions.

This hybrid role based in New York City involves translating vision into action, coordinating initiatives, and delivering structured plans and stakeholder communications to drive meaningful results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategy, technology, consulting, or related field.
• Ability to engage credibly with technology leaders and learn unfamiliar topics quickly.
• Excellent written communication and executive-ready presentations.

Responsibilities

• Translate the Global Technology vision into clear priorities, initiatives, and measures of progress.
• Coordinate high-priority initiatives across a complex, global organization and translate broad objectives into structured workplans, milestones, decisions, and next steps.
• Draft clear, concise, and engaging communications for senior leadership, including executive presentations and briefing materials.
• Work with the Global CIO Office to define agendas, prepare recommendations, document decisions, and ensure follow-through.
• Support change management as the Global Technology organization evolves, partnering with HR to explain new structures and ways of working.
