Job summary

Walmart's Sam's Club Technology division seeks a Group Director, Tech Strategy, PMO & Ops to guide the strategic execution plan and drive cross-functional initiatives. You will partner with the CTO and senior leaders to align goals, gather requirements, and shape data-driven decisions that move the business forward.

You will influence multi‑disciplinary teams, own end‑to‑end programs, and scale strategy across global tech. A strong leadership track record in product and technology is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 10+ years leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into scalable processes and roadmap.
• Experience driving programs in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic plan for Sam's Club technology initiatives.
• Support the CTO with executive updates for Walmart and Sam’s Club leadership.
• Gather requirements, analyze data, scope outcomes, and draft clear plans.
• Lead cross-functional programs across product, engineering, finance and ops.
