You will serve as the primary client contact, guide project teams, and provide strategic direction while developing business with senior executives. The role emphasizes leadership, expertise sharing, and collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of consulting in pharma/healthcare with progression evidence.
• 2+ years of project management on strategic life sciences engagements.
• Experience leading presentations, meetings and workshops.
• Proven ability to manage large or multiple projects to deadlines and high-quality outcomes.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and developing relationships with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key client contact on IQVIA projects in pharma/biotech.
• Manage project teams across design, development, and delivery of client deliverables.
• Provide direction and intellectual leadership to clients and delivery teams.
• Identify strategic alternatives and approaches to client questions.
• Follow up with clients post-delivery to ensure satisfaction.
• Contribute to development of intellectual property for future engagements.
• Ensure development and delivery of client reports and presentations.
• Share subject matter expertise to elevate capabilities.
• Lead internal work streams on people-related issues (recruitment, training, team development).
