Clarity, a global consultancy, is seeking an Account Manager, Integrated Communication for our New York office. You will act as the primary contact between clients and our team, manage relationships, and oversee strategic communications plans to drive growth for B2B tech brands.

You’ll work with senior colleagues to identify expansion opportunities, support pitches, and oversee onboarding for new accounts in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience with B2B technology brands in agency or in-house.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to translate client needs into strategic communications plans.
• Willing to work in a hybrid NYC environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact and relationship manager between clients and the team.
• Write and execute communications plans and oversee strategic direction for key accounts.
• Identify growth opportunities and support expansion of new service offerings.
• Participate in new business pitches and prepare briefs and decks.
• Oversee onboarding for new accounts and projects.
• Escalate issues and troubleshoot with clients.
• Engage in agency life and internal initiatives.
