Job description
(1) Ensure Company products in the formation area operate at a target rate of 95% on each system.
(2) Manage labor of subordinates by tracking working hours and reporting them to the accounting department promptly as requested.
(3) Provide daily updates to the Engineering Department in Japan.
(4) Coordinate with our main customer in Sparks, NV.
(5) Monitor operations of the Company's information systems.
(6) Report to Japan in Japanese and to Kataoka LA in English.
