• Ensure Company products in the formation area operate at a target rate of 95% on each system.
• Manage labor of subordinates by tracking working hours and reporting them to the accounting department promptly as requested.
• Provide daily updates to the Engineering Department in Japan.
• Coordinate with our main customer in Sparks, NV.
• Monitor operations of the Company's information systems.
• Report to Japan in Japanese and to Kataoka LA in English.

Job description
