Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in application/product development and R&D.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Strong commercial orientation with ability to support growth and customer engagement.
• Proven track record delivering complex technical projects from concept to commercialization.
• Ability to drive organizational change, process improvement, and operational discipline.
• Excellent executive communication, influence, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, polymer processing, or regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global application development organization supporting key opportunities and commercialization.
• Establish prioritization aligned with strategy and growth objectives.
• Drive customer-focused innovation and solutions across market segments.
• Collaborate with commercial, product, operations, R&D, regulatory, and quality teams.
• Build culture of patient-first, collaboration, agility, and execution excellence.
• Oversee quoting, opportunity intake, governance, and portfolio orchestration.
• Lead rapid prototyping capabilities and scalable operating models.
• Support stage-gate governance and resource allocation across global units.
• Develop talent, succession plans, and scalable organizational capabilities.
