Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or post-secondary training in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Must have an expected graduation date no later than June 2029.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Academic coursework or personal projects in programming, software development, or technology.
• Working understanding of AI capabilities and the ability to use AI tools.
• Desire to learn new technologies, tools, and processes.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding, training, and mentorship sessions focused on engineering fundamentals, AI, and cloud technologies.
• Share project outcomes and learning experiences with peers and leaders.
• Full-Stack Software Development: design, develop, and test enterprise features.
• Agile Development: write user stories, participate in sprints, review code, resolve issues.
• UI/UX Design & Development: implement UI/UX improvements for web platforms.
• Project Analysis & Cross-Functional Collaboration: analyze data, prepare documentation, collaborate with teams.
• Infrastructure Engineering: host, network, virtualization, and performance troubleshooting.
