Job summary

The role requires hands-on experience in corporate and commercial law, IP, and coordinating external counsel. Fluent Russian and strong English are essential for effective negotiation and collaboration with international teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of relevant legal experience across US, UK, and EU jurisdictions

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal support to the business
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts
• Support cross-border and international matters across multiple jurisdictions
• Independently handle routine legal matters and advise commercially
• Coordinate external counsel when specialized expertise is needed
