Job summary

Trinetix is seeking a Legal Counsel to support a broad range of legal matters, with a primary focus on commercial contracts with clients and vendors. The role covers IP, corporate matters, compliance, privacy and other day-to-day legal issues for an international technology business.

You will draft and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs and licensing agreements, advise on US and European jurisdictions, and contribute to privacy and information security initiatives within a fast-growing tech

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Law required.
• 3+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in IT or technology.
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial and technology contracts governed by US and/or English law.
• Understanding of liability, indemnities, IP, data protection, information security and licensing.
• Practical experience using generative AI tools in legal work.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate wide range of contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, software, SaaS, licensing and vendor agreements.
• Independently manage contract negotiations with clients, vendors and external counsel.
• Identify legal and commercial risks and provide practical solutions and fallback positions.
• Advise internal teams on legal matters arising in different jurisdictions, with a focus on the US and Europe.
• Support IP-related matters, including software ownership, licensing, copyright and trademarks.
• Support corporate, compliance, privacy and other legal matters as needed.
• Conduct legal research and prepare clear, concise legal advice.
