Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of administration, communications, or operations experience at collegiate or professional sports level
  • B.A./B.S. required and relevant coursework or experience welcomed

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for administrative support within International Team Operations
  • Support game and event activities including travel for NFL International Series games
  • Act as Team Liaison for participating clubs, focusing on hotels, practice facilities, and stadiums
  • Represent International Team Operations in internal and cross-functional meetings
  • Create and maintain tracking tools and documentation (equipment inventories, status reports, post-event)
  • Support the Game Day Operations Center by tracking issues during game week and on game day
  • Perform additional duties as needed
