Job summary

The NFL is seeking an administrative and operations coordinator to support the International Team Operations in its New York office. You will handle contracts, invoices, procurement, and staff scheduling, and assist with travel for NFL International Series events.

You will liaison with clubs, coordinate hotels, facilities, and venues, and track equipment and post-event reports. This role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced sports

Qualifications

1–3 years of admin/ops experience at collegiate or pro sports level.
Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) required.

Responsibilities

Provide primary administrative support within International Team Operations, incl. contracts, invoices, procurement, and the management of part-time staff.
Support Football Operations game and event activities, including travel for NFL International Series games.
Act as Team Liaison for participating clubs, focusing on hotels, practice facilities, and stadium arrangements.
Represent International Team Operations in internal and cross-functional meetings, facilitating communication and coordination across departments.
Create and maintain tracking tools and documentation: equipment inventories, project status reports, and post-event after-action.
Support the Game Day Operations Center by tracking operational issues during game week and on game day.
Perform additional duties as needed.
