Expedia Group is seeking a Manager, Tax & Compliance Technology to lead a global tax technology operations team. You will own tax content management, jurisdiction launches, and tax engine administration, ensuring accuracy and timely remittance changes across markets.

This role requires 8+ years in tech/tax operations, with 3+ years in people management, and collaboration across Tax, Regulatory, Product, and Engineering. Seattle-based, in-office three days a week with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in IT/CS/Finance/Tax/Accounting.
• 8+ years of experience in technology operations, tax technology, tax operations, or a related domain.
• 3+ years of experience directly managing and developing individual contributors, including performance management and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead taxonomy technology operations, ensuring accurate, resilient tax content and compliant processes.
• Plan capacity, prioritize BAU work, regulatory changes, launches, audits, and projects across teams.
• Collaborate with Tax, Regulatory, Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and frontline operations to resolve complex issues and improve outcomes.
