Job summary

adMarketplace, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Tax and Technical Accounting to oversee US and global tax compliance, tax accounting, and internal controls. You will partner with Finance, Legal and external advisors to ensure accurate reporting and timely filings.

The role covers transitioning tax return prep in-house, overseeing indirect taxes, transfer pricing, and monitoring tax legislation across jurisdictions. Strong COSO controls and communication with stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required.
• 5–8 years of progressive tax experience, including public accounting and/or corporate tax environment.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state income tax regulations; exposure to international tax.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual tax provisions under ASC 740 with deferred tax calculations.
• Prepare state and local nexus studies and apportionment for income tax compliance.
• Oversee federal, state, and local income tax returns and transition to in-house preparation.
