Job summary

Molson Coors seeks a Tax Manager – Reporting & Technology to lead global tax technology initiatives in Milwaukee, WI. You’ll shape automation, analytics, and AI-driven improvements across tax processes, strengthening controls and enabling scalable reporting.

In this role, you’ll partner with Tax, Finance, and IT leaders, drive adoption of new tech, and ensure a disciplined data and governance framework while guiding a team through transformation. Milwaukee hybrid setup with strong rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, IT, data analytics, or related field.
• 6+ years of corporate tax, tax technology, or tax process improvement experience.
• Experience with tax tech platforms such as CorpTax or ONESOURCE; strong data & analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global tax technology strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
• Drive tax transformation using automation, analytics, AI, and modern tools.
• Define success measures, secure resources, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Tax, Finance, IT, and external vendors on technology solutions.
• Lead adoption, change management, and governance across tax tech.
