Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA, Master of Taxation, JD, or equivalent advanced tax credential.
• 10+ years in public accounting or corporate tax leadership.
• Experience with ASC 740 accounting and SEC reporting.
