Job summary

Grassi is seeking an International Tax Manager for its New York City office. You will lead complex U.S. international tax engagements for corporations, partnerships, trusts, and high-net-worth individuals, and guide cross-border planning strategies with global implications.

You will mentor staff, collaborate with multiple service lines, and partner with foreign advisors to deliver comprehensive tax solutions while managing timelines and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• CPA license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex U.S. international tax compliance engagements for corporations, partnerships, trusts, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Oversee preparation of international information returns and related filings (Forms 5471, 5472, 8858, 8865, 8938, 8992, 8993, 1118, 926, 8621, FBAR).
• Advise clients on cross-border tax planning strategies including CFCs, Subpart F, foreign tax credits, and transfer pricing.
• Analyze tax consequences of inbound/outbound investments, restructurings, and global expansion initiatives.
• Serve as internal international tax resource and mentor staff.
