Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 6 years of experience
• At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

Responsibilities

• Advising multinational financial services clients on cross-border tax structuring, transaction planning, and global entity footprint design
• Analyzing international tax law, treaty positions, and local country rules to identify exposures, planning opportunities, and compliance requirements
• Developing technical positions on CFC rules, foreign tax credits, BEPS, and domestic restructuring matters
• Guiding tax modeling, provision review, and documentation efforts for complex international structures and transactions
• Directing project workstreams across client teams, technical specialists, and internal stakeholders to deliver coordinated tax solutions
• Reviewing tax research, memos, and disclosures to validate technical accuracy and alignment with firm guidance and independence requirements
• Coaching managers and staff through complex assignments, providing feedback, and addressing issues that affect team effectiveness
• Communicating clear, actionable recommendations to client leaders and internal stakeholders on tax risk, compliance, and structuring decisions
