Southwire Company, LLC is seeking a Vice President, Tax to lead the global tax function, drive strategic tax planning, and oversee all tax compliance and reporting. This role interfaces with the executive team and board, guiding tax initiatives and mitigating risk.

The candidate will manage a team, partner with finance and operations, and ensure GAAP tax accounting and effective tax rate projections align with corporate strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or tax.
• CPA certification is required.
• 15+ years of progressive corporate tax experience in a large organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead global tax strategy and structure to support corporate goals.
• Mentor and develop a tax team for advancement.
• Oversee income tax compliance, disclosures, and reporting.
• Develop tax planning strategies to maximize after-tax cash flow.
