Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, taxation, or related field.
• CPA/MST/JD/LL.M. or other advanced tax credential preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant tax experience in public accounting or corporate tax.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or significant project leadership experience.
• Experience with tax compliance and provision software and enterprise financial systems.
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally 5–10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the U.S. international tax provision process under ASC 740.
• Manage calculations for GILTI, FDII, foreign tax credits and related items.
• Coordinate with finance, accounting, and international teams for data.
• Support global tax audits and examinations; prepare responses and schedules.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve tax processes.
• Build relationships across tax, finance, treasury, legal, and business teams.
