Job summary

Ingersoll Rand plc seeks a Senior Manager, International Tax to lead the global tax provision, compliance, and strategic tax initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India. You will partner with regional finance teams and external advisors to ensure accurate reporting and scalable tax processes.

The role emphasizes cross-border planning, M&A tax support, and driving process improvements within a growing international footprint. Remote work is possible for the US-based position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA and/or MST preferred.
• 7+ years of corporate tax experience with significant international tax exposure.
• 5+ years of ASC 740 income tax accounting experience, including quarterly and annual provision review responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly and annual income tax provision for global operations (ASC 740).
• Coordinate international tax compliance and reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support BEPS Pillar Two compliance and GloBE information returns.
• Assist tax audits and ensure SOX-compliant tax processes.
