Owens Corning is seeking a Corporate Tax Leader - Indirect Tax in Toledo, OH to drive tax strategy, compliance and incentives across property, sales and use tax in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The role partners with business leaders, directs outside providers, mentors a growing team, and supports M&A activities while optimizing processes and technology to ensure accurate, timely tax outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive indirect tax experience.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen; effective problem-solving.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted tax advisor on sales/use tax, property tax, incentives and growth initiatives.
• Develop and execute indirect tax strategy aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Direct outside providers on compliance, audits and planning.
• Lead indirect tax process and technology improvements for scalable operations.
• Mentor Tax Analysts and drive continuous improvement across the function.
• Provide leadership for acquisitions, divestitures and integrations from a tax perspective.
