Job summary

PwC invites you to join its Tax practice as a Tax Intern, immersing yourself in the world of tax consulting and gaining exposure to the global tax landscape. You will support teams, learn PwC methodologies, and contribute to the preparation and review of corporate tax returns and compliance documents.

You will engage in international tax planning, multistate compliance, and tax research while observing seasoned professionals and building your personal brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Must have at least a 3.0 overall GPA.
• Before starting full-time at PwC, meet educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in intended state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting tax teams in delivering comprehensive tax advice and planning strategies
• Participating in the preparation and review of corporate tax returns and compliance documents
• Assisting in the analysis of complex tax regulations to optimize tax positions and minimize risks
• Engaging in international tax planning and multistate tax compliance activities
• Conducting tax research to support consulting projects and provide innovative solutions
• Collaborating with team members to develop tax models and structures for clients
• Contributing to the preparation of tax provisions and audits to validate compliance
• Observing and learning from experienced tax professionals to enhance personal development
• Applying data analytics to identify opportunities for tax optimization and efficiency
• Supporting the development of regulatory compliance consulting strategies for diverse industries
